How to order Canvas Prints and Gift Vouchers

We can accept images of up to 15MB by email. Most JPG files of the size necessary to print up to A1 size will be 5MB or less so this should not be a problem.
1. If ordering by email please make sure you include the following information:
- The name and address to which you would like the completed canvas posted.
- Your phone number & email address.
- Specific requirements - alterations, cropping, colour changes, repairs such as removal of objects, style preference and so on.
- For specific cropping please include a rough sketch or provide detailed instructions.
3. We will then prepare a proof and email it to you for approval - normally within 2 days of receipt of your order.
4. Once you have approved the proof copy we will send you a Paypal invoice and proceed with the production of your canvas (once payment has been received).
You should have your canvas within one week of proof approval, however over busy periods such as Christmas this could be closer to two weeks.
Gift Vouchers:
Simply email us at order@freshpixeldesign.com stating the value of the gift voucher you'd like to purchase and giving details of the recipient, so that we can prepare a personalised gift voucher.
We will then post it off to you or send it as a PDF document for you to print.
